Since I was in my mid 20’s I have been dedicated to personal growth – first my own and then I became passionate about using my skills to help others to thrive.
I firmly believe that life’s inherent challenges are designed to help us grow and emerge stronger, wiser and more authentic. But that doing that on our own is not easy or desirable – we all need a little help along the way.
Academic rigour and integrity are part of my character. I am currently studying a Diploma of Counselling. I hold a Graduate Diploma in Somatic Therapy and have completed a 12-month rigorous and intensive practitioner qualification in trauma healing (Compassionate Inquiry) with Gabor Mate, recognised as the world’s leading expert in trauma and addiction.
I have a Certificate IV in Relationship Education and spent three years facilitating psycho-dynamic education workshops with Relationships Australia.
I have spent many years studying a range of modalities including breathwork, EFT (tapping), belief healing and advanced energy work.
I also hold extensive coaching qualifications and have coached corporate executives and leaders from across the globe for two decades. I have a corporate background in law, learning and development and organisational design. I hold a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Laws.
